Shipping, changes and returns.

SHIPPING RECEPTION

Cancellations:

Cancellations in ordered orders

Ordered orders that receive the application for cancellation or cancellation by the customer will be canceled before leaving our facilities, as long as the product is in them. In these cases the integral amount of the order will be reimbursed.

All orders cancellations with products manufactured outside of Spain that have the production services and sent outsourced will have to be collected by the client to their home even having requested the cancellation in the temporary space for order to deliver it to send it to our facilities in Spain.

1.1- Shipments

CHIQUILIFE S.L. You will not process any order whose delivery address is a mail section. The products will be sent to the indicated delivery address when ordering or, where appropriate, in the address indicated in the customer account.

Orders will be sent within a regular period of 48/72 hours from the formalization and full payment of it. The sending of all those orders formalized after 8:00 will be processed the next business day. Shipments will be made at the address indicated by the transport agency designated by Chiquilife S.L. which will perform up to a maximum of two attempts. Successive shipments will be assumed new and entirely by the user.
